You set it up so others could achieve theirs. Sound familiar? It’s a scary feeling because you know you need to make a change, but you can’t see how it can happen, or if it will happen at all. That was me.
I also know what it’s like to finally take action and watch dreams become reality; to feel empowered, defining success for myself, creating a Life I love, and living it on my own terms.
Stop getting mad because you aren’t living the life you want. You can own where you are, and with God’s help you can redirect your energy and use your power to change the direction of your Life and create the Life you want.
It really is that simple? Yes.
Is it easy? No. Not at all.
Is it worth it? Absolutely!

About Me
Thanks for visiting my website. I’m Térésa Scotland - Founder of Amalya Creative and a Jesus-loving wife, mother, artist, writer and leopard print enthusiast.
I face every day with a smile, but that wasn’t always how I showed up in the world. I was stuck for years, convinced that my restrictive mindset was the truth. I attached my value to my career and relationship performance, but I was insecure, trying to fit into a space that wasn’t designed for me. Like an ill-fitting dress, my Life didn’t bring out my best features and make me look or feel good. I needed to design something better. God had already created me with great value, but all I saw was how I didn’t measure up to others. I felt stuck, even though my Life looked “good on paper”. Using other people’s benchmarks to measure my success was crippling my growth, and it took a decade for me to do the work I needed to do so I could show up genuinely and without apology. Sadly, I did a lot of that work tearfully, with a lot of regret. “The Work of the Lord” I share with you isn’t just about my art, décor or writing. It’s especially about the work within - the work that frees us all to live powerfully transformed Lives, right where we are, and unlocks the vision that empowers us to create an amazing future.
God designed, equipped and enabled me to help you appreciate your attributes, affirm your value, articulate your dreams, act authentically and access abundant Life by connecting with His Divine Presence through art, design, words and doing the mind, spirit and heart work it takes to create a Life you want to wake up to every day.
